Advantage Multi- Department Runs Multiple Locations or Multiple Businesses!
 

This product is designed for at least 2 types of practices.  Is yours one of these?

  1. One Location, two or more businesses:  A clinic in 1 building that perhaps has 2 or more businesses.  If you that have a single building, but have a retail food store there and want to track this business separately – but they want a single client list, this version is for you.   So if we look at your client history and we see both the veterinary visits and the food store visits.  This same scenario would be for a single building that houses multiple practices  (Yours may be a small animal practice, a large animal practice, a specialty practice, an emergency practice, etc) if you want to keep your two businesses separate with a single client list, please contact us about Advantage: Multi-Department.  This version will allow each business (department) to reconcile separately each day (receipts, invoices, etc) , and also run production reports separately.  You will also print statements and reminder cards separately.

  2. Multiple Clinics in Different Locations:   Multiple clinics in different buildings in the same city or region, where clients may visit any clinic (even though the client may have one clinic they visit regularly.  All computers will connect to a central server that houses the database.  Each clinic can do their own reconcile at end of day, print production reports per department, and business owner can also print aggregate reports for all departments.  We will recommend the Advantage: Multi-Department for you. 


In both cases, you are still running the same Advantage Veterinary Software that we install every day new users all over the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, etc. This same product that can also work for either of the above situations.   There is just a simple setup procedure to enable the multi-location functions and screens and report filters.  There is also a setup window for each workstation in which you set the default department for that workstation for invoices and payments so they are posted to the correct department. 

The only difference in daily operation of  Advantage: Multi-Department is a single field on every client window called “Department” to describe which department that client is associated with for reports.  Reports are available by Depatment including: List of clients by department, statements, AR, reminders, etc.  We have added approximately many new reports so far  - all daily reports, AR, statements, reminders - adding a “by department” filter and there are more reports in the works.

The multi-department product is $4995 and includes unlimited user license, and all modules.
