Pet Portals
Pet Portals are individual, personalized pet health websites that can be made available to all clients who have e-mail addresses in your practice management system. Created automatically from data that already appears in your practice management software, Pet Portals display your clients' current contact information, plus information about their pets' health, such as vaccinations, diets, and prescriptions (but NEVER your private medical notes or comments).
While your clinic's website offers information about your practice (services, doctors, hours, etc.), Pet Portals provide clients with specific information about their own pets' health, plus the convenience of communicating with you online. Clients use their Pet Portals to request appointments and prescription refills, and to contact your practice about non-urgent pet health issues.
